This business opportunity offers an established customer base and strong potential for growth. Contracted service providers are responsible for, among other things, the following:

• Managing day-to-day operations to achieve contracted results, including overseeing daily activities and fulfilling customer expectations and demands.

• Adhering to the Indiana Code and contract requirements for the services being rendered.

• Covering self-employment-related expenses such as benefits, employment taxes, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, etc.

• Maintaining required credentials, including background checks (must adhere to regulatory requirements).

• Completing training as required by regulatory guidelines.

• Owning, maintaining, and managing equipment (including vehicles) used to provide services.

• Holding a Bachelor's degree and/or having experience working with families and children (may be required).

Please note: This is a 1099 contractor position.
